Hampton Care Home in the London suburb of Hampton is seeking an Activities Lead to develop a high quality, person-centred activities programme. You will plan and lead group and one-to-one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs, including those living with dementia, to enhance wellbeing and social interaction.
