Compassionate Bank Care Worker – Flexible Shifts

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Elizabeth House in Bognor Regis. The role offers a £13.80 per hour bank, zero-hours contract and shifts on an as/when needed basis (including 12-hour shifts within 07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00).

You will provide person-centred dementia care in a 60-bed facility, with full training and development support. No prior experience is required, and you will join a supportive team dedicated to dignity and inclusion for service users.
