Priory Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Daisy Vale House, Thorpe, near Wakefield. This full-time 44-hour role supports 16 residents with learning disabilities and autistic individuals in a warm, safe home environment.

You will assist with daily living, personal care, and activities, while maintaining care plans and records. Collaboration with qualified staff and families is key to promoting wellbeing and independence.
