Job Description:
Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) seeks an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership across Doncaster mental health wards, combining specialist clinical caseload with leadership for other OTs.
You will contribute to OT development across the wider Trust footprint and work with MDT colleagues to support safe, discharge planning and quality improvement. The role includes student education and staff progression within inpatient services.
