Community Rehab Assistant – Flexible 7-Day Schedule (Rural)

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Rehabilitation Assistant for the Solway Community Rehabilitation Team, based in Wigton. The role supports patients in the community and in our rehabilitation centre, contributing to early discharge and prevention of admissions.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week on a rota, across 8:00 am–6:00 pm, travel across the Solway area, and join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, person-centred care.
