Compassionate 24/7 Support Worker for a Young Adult with CP

Case Management Cymru Ltd. in Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic, patient and reliable support worker to assist a young adult with complex health needs.

You will provide 24/7 2:1 support with personal care, communication, mobility and rehabilitation exercises, and accompany to therapy appointments. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team led by parents and a case manager; full induction, training and Enhanced DBS will be provided.
