Tissue Viability Community Nurse (Band 5)

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Tissue Viability Community Nurse to work across Hounslow, based at Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health, Bath Road. The role runs 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, collaborating with District Nurses, primary care, and community teams.

You will provide high-quality nursing care in Tissue Viability, support leg ulcer clinics, coordinate care, and work with TV nurses and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
