Occupational Therapist (Band 5) – MDT-led Community Care

CYGNET Health Care is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Gledholt Mews & Coach House teams in Huddersfield. The role spans two services, providing therapy to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs within an MDT framework.

The post is 40 hours per week with supervision, CPD opportunities and a structured preceptorship. You will engage in discharge planning, person-centred care and evidence-based practice under RCOT guidance.
