24/7 Control Room Operator – CCTV & Emergency Response

Wolverhampton Homes Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a Control Room Operator to join our 24/7 city-wide response team. You will monitor CCTV and Telecare systems, respond to emergencies, and coordinate responses to incidents to keep communities safe.

The role requires calmness under pressure, clear communication, and the ability to work with partner agencies. This is an office-based, permanent, full-time post with shift patterns across mornings, afternoons and nights.
