Job Description:
Red5People is seeking an energetic professional to join its criminal justice support programme. You will split time between Cambridge and Huntingdon Probation, meeting clients one-on-one to develop clear release plans and provide holistic support across housing, health, education and employment.
You will deliver tailored 1:1 sessions, signpost to community services, and ensure continuity of care for individuals transitioning back into the community.
