Site Traffic Controller | Safe On-Site Access (5–6m)

Constructive Resources in Bourne, Lincolnshire, seeks a Traffic Marshall / Gateman for an immediate start on an on-site construction site. You will manage on-site traffic, receive deliveries, and keep members of the public away from the work area. This role is expected to run for approximately 5–6 months.

Applicants must hold a valid Traffic Marshall Certificate and a CSCS card. The work is on-site in Bourne, with duties centred on safety and traffic flow around the site.
