Housing Disrepair Paralegal – Litigation Support (Hybrid)

Wandle Housing Association is seeking a Housing Paralegal to support the in-house disrepair legal team. You will assist with managing disrepair claims, injunctions, tenancy enforcement, and court cost recovery, ensuring deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently.

You will draft legal documents, prepare court bundles, witness statements and chronologies, and collate evidence to support legal proceedings and dispute resolution, working closely with lawyers and operational teams.
