Production Manager – New Coffin Factory Launch

Co-op Funeralcare in Knowsley is hiring a Production Manager to lead our brand-new coffin factory launch in November 2026. You will lead a team of around 50 colleagues and oversee the production of about 90,000 coffins per year, keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

You’ll bring strong leadership, coaching ability and a commercial mindset to hit targets, work with unions and key stakeholders, and foster a culture of care, collaboration and continuous improvement.
