Operations Leader, Prison Services – Hybrid Role

Advance is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Prison Services to lead advocacy teams within HMP Peterborough and HMP Bronzefield, with activity also at the Hammersmith head office. The role requires strong safeguarding, partnership building and strategic leadership skills in custodial settings.

The post is fixed term until 31 March 2027, with hybrid working (at least 3 days on-site and up to 2 days remotely). Applicants must be female as per statutory requirement.
