Multi-Site Facilities Manager — Hands-On Leader & Projects

Holt Engineering is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth running of three sites in Dorset. The role combines hands-on maintenance with project management to drive efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team, manage budgets, coordinate contractors and suppliers, and lead site improvement and sustainability initiatives across the business. Excellent communication and multi-site organisation are essential.
