M&E Maintenance Technician – Hospital Facilities

Skanska UK Plc is seeking a Maintenance Assistant M&E to perform planned, breakdown and emergency maintenance across engineering and building services. You will work to high standards in areas such as plant rooms, medical devices and fixed plant, with documentation and safety compliance interwoven into daily tasks.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, basic computer literacy and a minimum of two years in building services maintenance, preferably in healthcare premises.
