Production Manager – Flexible Hours & Half-Day Fridays

ASC Connections is seeking a Production Manager to lead a team of around 30 employees in a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery and productivity, with a hands-on leadership approach on the shop floor.

You will work closely with planning, engineering and quality functions to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer requirements are met, while developing team capability and maintaining a compliant production environment.
