We’re looking for a detail-oriented Systems & Operations Co-ordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across OneSchool Global UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, improving processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Based in our Regional Support Office in Warwick (3 days office-based, 2 days working from home), you’ll be the go-to person for Dayforce HRIS support, onboarding coordination, employee records, compliance processes and payroll administration support. Please note, our UK Regional Support Office will be relocating to Coventry from September 2026.

About You

You will:

  • Be exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Take ownership of your workload and consistently meet deadlines
  • Be proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
  • Have experience working within HR, payroll, systems or administration
  • Be confident managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Enjoy working with systems, data and processes
  • Have strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Be an excellent communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Have a good understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the Dayforce HRIS, ensuring employee data is accurate and compliant
  • Provide first-line support, training and guidance to employees and managers
  • Manage employee onboarding, including pre-employment checks, references and new starter administration
  • Coordinate DBS and compliance processes
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files, conducting regular audits
  • Administer probation processes and associated communications
  • Support payroll administration, ensuring employee changes are processed accurately and on time
  • Produce HR reports and support system improvements and projects
  • Manage agency and supply staff onboarding and approvals
  • Respond to People & Culture and systems-related queries across the organisation
