  • Track purchase orders from placement to delivery and maintain accurate procurement records and status updates.
  • Support procurement activities for the Bolney Data Centre, including facilities, maintenance, MRO and operational requirements.
  • Provide transactional support for HPC infrastructure procurement – servers, storage and networking equipment.

  • Support invoice reconciliation and reporting activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with procurement policies and controls.

  • Up to 3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or a related role.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Preferred Experience

  • Procurement, facilities, MRO or indirect sourcing experience.
  • Experience using ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle or Coupa.
  • Experience managing suppliers and purchase orders.

  • Support for visa sponsorship and comprehensive relocation packages.
  • Bank holiday swap – change it for another day of your choice.
  • Relaxed dress code policy.
  • On‑site gym facilities.
  • Learning and development through Viridien’s Learning Hub.
