Sales Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our Events Sales & Marketing team. This is a face-to-face customer-facing role where you will represent clients at organised events and promotional venues across the region.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, providing information about products and services, and helping customers complete applications or purchases where appropriate. Full training is provided, so previous sales experience is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients professionally at events and promotional locations.
• Engage with members of the public and build positive customer relationships.
• Explain products and services clearly and accurately.
• Complete customer sign-ups or sales where appropriate.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets.
• Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions.
