24/7 Helpline Counsellor – Wellbeing Support

The Portfolio Group, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Wellbeing Counsellor to join a trusted health and wellbeing network. The role is onsite and features a 24/7 helpline with immediate emotional support and structured counselling, contributing toward BACP accreditation.

You will provide telephone counselling, assess callers, and signpost appropriately. The position offers career development within an industry leading EAP and OH provider, recognised as a Sunday Times Best Places to Work.
