Community Nurse (Band 5) – Home Visit Care

Cornwall Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Community Nurse for the Watergate Community Nurse Team in Newquay. The role can be full-time or two part-time posts, with 37.5 hours a week and occasional evenings and weekends.

The nurse will manage own patient visit lists, travel across Cornwall, and work without direct supervision, delivering evidence-based care and excellent communication with patients and carers.
