Youth Employment Coach for Neurodiverse Young People

Red 5 People is seeking a Youth Employment Advisor based in High Wycombe to help young people with EHCP plans prepare for and succeed in the workplace. You will coordinate with local employers to arrange supported work experiences and provide practical and travel support to enable meaningful placements.

You will build strong relationships with young people and employers, drawing on experience in roles like Employment Advisor or Youth Support Worker.
