Lead Warehouse Picking Team — Drive Accuracy & Growth

JJ Food Service is seeking a Picking Team Leader to guide the picking operation in our warehouse, ensuring orders are accurate and ready for collection or delivery. The ideal candidate will lead a small team, communicate clearly and maintain high standards of efficiency.

You will monitor stock, train staff, and work with warehouse colleagues to maintain safe working practices and compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
