Edinburgh Hospitality Duty Manager – Lead Busy Shifts

SSP UK&I is seeking a Multi-Unit Duty Manager in Edinburgh to lead operations across flagship brands such as Burger King, BrewDog, The Pasty Shop and AMT Coffee. This full-time role covers 40 hours per week, with shifts from 5:30am to 1am including nights, and requires flexible working across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

You will open and close venues, coach teams, drive service standards and manage day-to-day performance.
