Employee Relations Specialist – 6 Month Contract (Hybrid)

Pertemps Thames Water is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant for a 6-month fixed term contract. Based in Reading with hybrid working, the role focuses on providing professional advisory support to managers on employee relations matters and ensuring compliant, efficient case handling.

You will advise on absence, discipline, settlements and employment law, partnering with HR teams to improve ER practices and outcomes. CIPD qualification is desirable.
