Single Homeless Project is seeking an Assertive Outreach and Transitions Worker in Camden on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers a salary from £32,034.46 to £35,081.51 per year, with progression and generous benefits.

You will work across streets, community settings and housing services, building trust and supporting women through housing transitions. You will deliver trauma-informed assessments, coordinate practical support, and balance safety with dignity and choice.
