At East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), we’re looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our Care Directorate as Head of Care & Wellbeing Operations.
As a key member of our Care Senior Leadership Team, you’ll provide leadership across our hospice services, ensuring children, young people and families receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care. You’ll lead Service Managers and Wellbeing Leads across our three hospices, driving service improvement, innovation and transformational change.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Senior leadership experience within health, care, children’s services or a related sector
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through change and service development
- Strong operational and service improvement expertise
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to inclusive leadership and improving outcomes for children and families
