YAI is seeking a START Therapeutic Coach to implement person-centered interventions in clients’ homes and support families and caregivers. The role focuses on coaching, observations, and collaboration with the START team to improve functioning and outcomes.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and have at least 2 years of experience with IDD and behavioral health needs, with attention to ethical practice and professional boundaries.
