The Role

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged with their learning.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments.
• Work on a flexible basis with daily, short‑term or long‑term assignments.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

The Candidate

• Previous experience working with young people in a school or educational setting is desirable.
• Confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, adaptable and professional approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
