Onsite Premises & Facilities Caretaker

Skanska UK Plc in Chelmsford, Essex, is seeking a Premises Assistant to join the Building Services team. You will support the Premises Manager onsite, liaise with Helpdesk, cleaning and grounds teams to ensure our service meets high standards while building relationships with stakeholders.

You will assist with caretaking, health and safety compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, keep premises clean, manage CoSHH, and operate heating plant to maintain temperatures and hot water.
