Parking Compliance & Appeals Officer (Hybrid)

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Parking Charge Officer to ensure parking regulations are enforced fairly and efficiently. You will manage penalties, permits, season tickets and parking dispensations, processing notices and maintaining records to support a responsive service.

In this role you will advise customers, consider appeals, and prepare cases for adjudication where required, while delivering an accurate, customer-focused service in a busy council environment.
