Regional Early Years Quality Lead

Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool is seeking a Quality Specialist (Early Years) to lead pedagogical practice and support nursery teams across the UK region. The role involves regular visits to nurseries and head office, delivering coaching and ensuring high-quality care and education aligned with Bright Horizons standards.

The post holder will drive the Bright Beginnings Curriculum, SEND/ASN, Thrive and Nurture Model, while ensuring safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
