Your new role As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of a significant new-build construction project within will lead the site management team from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion.
- Leading and motivating site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring programme performance and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Managing project budgets, procurement activities, and commercial performance.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and design teams.
- Producing regular progress reports and providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
