Senior Community Nursing Lead (Band 7)

NHS Western Isles is seeking an experienced Senior Charge Nurse to lead the Uist Community Nursing Team. The post offers Band 7 pay (£52,845 – £61,466) with an additional Distant Islands Allowance and relocation support, working 36 hours per week on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will provide clinical and operational leadership to district nurses, staff nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring safe, effective care for patients at home, in care homes and CTAC centres.
