The Old Course Hotel in St Andrews is seeking an experienced Bartender to join the Road Hole Bar, renowned for its whisky collection and refined cocktails. You will ensure smooth bar operations and deliver world-class service as part of our Food and Beverage team.

Responsibilities include crafting cocktails with precision, recommending drinks, and maintaining the bar’s cleanliness and stock levels while staying ahead of drink trends and collaborating with the Bar Manager on new menu options.
