Motorsport Assembly Manager | Lead 5 Technicians (Mon-Fri)

The Collective Network is seeking an Assembly Manager for our Milton Keynes site. This permanent role focuses on hands-on leadership of a fast-paced, clean assembly area with no heavy machinery, in a setting connected to high-end motorsport projects.

You will lead a team of five assembly technicians, drive KPI attainment, and coordinate with other departments to resolve design and prototype issues while promoting continuous improvement and training initiatives.
