Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to lead a major payroll transformation and ensure accurate, timely processing for around 3,000 staff across our trusts and academies. You will oversee data integration with HRIS and the move towards in-house payroll capability.
The role requires technical payroll expertise, strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to drive continuous improvement and control in a complex education payroll environment.
