Terrazza Rooftop Hampstead is seeking a Chef de Partie to manage a designated kitchen section and uphold the highest standards of food preparation. You will train junior staff, follow recipes, and ensure timely service in a busy Mediterranean restaurant in Hampstead.
The ideal candidate has Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience, with solid knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, with a salary of £12–£14 per hour.
