The Role

As a PanelBeater, you willbe responsible forrepairing damaged vehiclesto manufacturer andindustry standards. Workingas part ofa skilled team, you’ll restore vehiclebodyworkusing arange of repairtechniques while maintaininghigh levels ofquality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehiclebody panels usingapproved repair methods.
• Remove and replacedamaged panels andstructural components whererequired.
• Straighten chassis andbodywork using specialistequipment.
• Carry out welding, panel alignment, andfittingof replacement parts.
• Ensure all repairsmeet manufacturer specificationsand quality standards.
• Work closely withpainters, preppers, andworkshop colleagues tomeet deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organisedworking environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience asa Panel Beaterwithin an accidentrepair centre orbodyshop.
• Strong knowledge ofvehiclerepair techniques andmodern repair equipment.
• Excellentattention to detailand commitment toproducing high-qualityrepairs.
• Ability to workindependently and efficientlyin a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitudeand strong team-working skills.
• Advantageous:Candidates who hold an NVQ or IMI qualifications
• Full UK drivinglicence preferred.
