Senior Nurse Lead – Inpatient Care & Rehab

The role includes rotating shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, to ensure a seamless service.

You will work within an NHS community and mental health provider, contributing to safe discharge planning and patient‑centred care across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
