Head of Maintenance — Lead Care Home Upkeep & Team

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Head of Maintenance in a care home to ensure a clean, well‑maintained environment for residents and staff. You will lead a small team, manage preventative tasks, and liaise with contractors to keep the building in good repair.

You will also support the General Manager with annual budget planning, while remaining flexible with hours and driving locally as needed. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy are required.
