Evening Health Care Assistant – Compassionate Support

Exemplar Health Care’s Woodside Place in Telford is seeking a Health Care Assistant for Twilight shifts. The role provides care for adults with complex needs in a state-of-the-art home, 18 hours per week at £12.71–£12.81 per hour, with a view to progression after completion of the Exemplar Care Certificate.

You’ll support personal care, meal times and wellbeing, encourage social activity, and help maintain records. Induction, buddy system and ongoing training are offered.
