Community Nurse Leader – Home Health & Wound Care

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Community Nurse to lead and deliver high-quality care in patients’ homes across the local community in Ealing. The role supports a multi-professional team, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and participate in a preceptorship program.

Shifts run 8am–4pm and 12pm–8pm, seven days a week, with travel around the local area. Driving licence and car access are required; weekend and bank holiday work pro rata is expected.
