Senior RMN Lead – Rural Inpatient Mental Health

NHS Highland in Lochgilphead is seeking a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse (RMN) for Succoth Ward, a 16-bed Inpatient Mental Health unit in rural Argyll and Bute. The ward offers varied mental health experience and operates with community and emergency care partners.

The successful candidate will lead shifts as nurse in charge, prioritise patient safety, work effectively as part of a team, and deputise for Band 7 when required.
