Autonomous ANP – Primary Care Prescriber (Mon/Wed)

Woodlands Park Health Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team delivering autonomous patient-centred care. The role involves working with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and allied staff to provide high-quality care across acute, urgent and long-term conditions.

The successful candidate will hold NMC registration, an ANP postgraduate qualification, and be an Independent Prescriber (V300).
