Senior Civil Procurement Lead

VolkerStevin is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead procurement across tender and project delivery. You will engage with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors to drive governance, value and cost efficiency.

This role supports major water, energy and transportation projects within the United Utilities framework. You will manage commercial negotiations, develop procurement strategies and maintain records in a fast-paced environment.
