Senior Banking & Payments Operations Leader – Hybrid

Skipton Building Society is seeking a permanent, full-time leader to head our banking and payment operations in a hybrid setting, with three days per week at the Head Office. The role includes ownership of operational risk, governance and supplier relationships, and a focus on accuracy, compliance and service quality.

You will drive incident management, process improvements and MI reporting, leading a high-performing team to deliver resilient and efficient payments services.
