Smart 4 EPC is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join a Ministry of Defence commercial build project in Reading on a permanent basis. The role offers a salary up to £95,000 (SQS) or up to £108,000 (CM) plus benefits and requires SC clearance or eligibility.
You will lead contract commercial activities, manage changes, and deliver accurate financial reporting. Experience on MOD or secure government projects is highly advantageous.
