Hollybank Trustees Ltd seeks a Registered Manager to lead Meadow House, a new 5-bed Ofsted-regulated children’s home in London. You will direct a start-up team, establish positive culture and ensure safeguarding, care quality and regulatory compliance from day one.

You will recruit, train and mentor staff, manage budgets and resources, and build relationships with social care professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes for vulnerable children.
